  • You may be able to retain the services of a CPA, an attorney, or an enrolled agent to represent you. Even though tax lawyers and certified public accountants are employed, they also use enrolled agents to handle less complicated cases.
  • Usually, tax relief organizations only consider taxpayers with at least $10,000 in tax debt.
  • These are the typical fees that Justice Tax, LLC customers will pay, depending on the complexity of the case.

  • Your case can be started without paying a retainer.

Justice Tax Details

To make an informed decision, you need to have a good understanding of how Justice Tax works.

Pricing

There is no information about Justice Tax’s fees on its website, but other sites say it’s about $3,950 on average.

In terms of an installment agreement, this is on par with a typical offer in compromise. However, it is a bit steep for a simple transaction of this nature.

Their typical fee for an offer in compromise may be this amount, which would be reasonable. This information, however, is not available to me directly.

Capacity for adaptation

It is unlikely that you will have any problems working with Justice if you reside in any of the 50 states.

Unlike other tax relief firms, Justice does not mention anywhere on its website that it only works with people who owe at least $10,000.

Guarantees

There is no mention of a money-back guarantee on Justice’s site (at least not that we could find).
