It’s a scam . They get all of your information and say they can help your case . After you pay your money they start asking for difference documents to stall you and then tell me that our income would be a problem with the IRS. They knew about our income when they started on our case . Refuse to give us a full refund

I’m going through exactly the same thing. They repeatedly ask for documents I already submitted.
ITS A SCAM, do not do business with them! I have been waiting 7 months for a call back from them and nothing! So now I am locked in to paying for their services and I am not getting a service. They always say they will escalate a call and a manager will get back to you, but they never do. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
I had not heard back from them. I do not know what they are up to. I had paid them $2700. I still not have any results from them.
Alleviate Tax has been texting about my so called tax issue which I do not have. They illegally got my tax information WITHOUT my consent through a third-party company and has refused to disclose who it was. I have not authorized anyone to access my tax information.

Its a SCAM, once they got payment after outright lying about services they would provide, they never followed through on any of their promises including negotiating with the IRS or providing any documentation from their Tax Attorney. The representatives conducting the intial interview/enrollment process must get a percentage of your fees and outright lied to me during the signup process.

It’s a scam! Do not give these people any personal information. They produce a contract without your knowledge or consent and without any signatures, neither written nor electronic, and take out a loan in your name for over $5k. They are in league with Covered Care, LLC and Westlake Portfolio Management, LLC, a collection agency. In case you were wondering, no, I received no services of value from Alleviate Tax.
I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO DEAL WITH YOUR TAX MATTERS. I PAID THEM OVER $2,000 DOLLARS AND STILL ENDED UP OWING THE IRS $13,000. REFUND? NONE OFFERED AS THEY DID NOT DO THEIR JOB. THEY MAKE IT YOUR FAULT.
